The design needed to reflect our client's status as an industry leader and portray his company's drive for technological excellence. Building elements and forms are designed to reflect the radial and polar nature of robotic operation. Visual reflection in the design of our client's pre-existing corporate identity was a major requirement of the brief. 

This facility at Supplier Park provides warehouse and office accommodation for use by supplementary industries. Our client required the flexibility of a dual tenancy allowing immediate occupation by a tenant, providing cash flow, whilst catering for future expansion of his own company.
