The striking minimalist forms of the new cellar door for Primo Estate create a compelling presence in this vineyard setting. The use of natural materials including timber & stone reference those used in the wine industry.

Attention was given to every detail & due to the Client’s requirement for quality selections wall paper and light fittings were imported from Italy, carpet from Ireland and the slate for the internal floor tiles, tasting bar cladding & external paving imported from Brazil.

The cellar door & associated function room builds bound a European style courtyard. An outdoor kitchen is embedded in the stone element that has come to be known as “the Great Wall of McLaren Vale”.
